David Mapplebeck

Mr. Mapplebeck was formerly European General Counsel at Charles Schwab Europe, where he was responsible for the provision of all legal and regulatory advice, third party alliance strategy and government and regulatory lobbying.
Prior to joining Charles Schwab, Mr. Mapplebeck spent seven years with IMRO and the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") in London holding various roles mostly within the enforcement division.
He trained as a solicitor at Stephenson Harwood in the UK and was admitted as a solicitor in May, 1994.
Mr. Mapplebeck graduated with a BA Hons in Law from Durham University in 1989 and from the College of Law in York in 1990.
