Divya has 10+ years of experience in financial services, including 5+ years in venture capital investing where she has led early-stage investments, exits, M&As, and managed portfolio companies.
Prior to joining DSG Consumer Partners, she was Associate Director at Aavishkaar Capital where she managed multiple consumer and consumer-enabler investments including Jaypore, Soulfull, Secure Health, Kimaye, Connect India, and Butterfly Edufields.
In addition to sourcing and investing in new deals, she has also worked on securing successful exits from Jaypore, Kimaye, and Secure Health through the M&A route.
Prior to that, she worked with Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank in their corporate banking verticals, advising mid-to-large corporates on their finance needs.
She has pursued her undergrad from Shri Ram College of Commerce in B.A.
Economics (H) and MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research with specialisation in Finance.
