Ms. Dorian Momsen, CPA, is Controller at Hercules Technology Growth Capital.
Prior to joining Hercules Technology Growth Capital in April 2004, she held controller positions at venture capital and private equity firms with over a billion dollars under management.
Ms. Momsen also served as controller for IMPAC Medical Systems, a software company that specialized in cancer care, during the company’s initial public offering, secondary public offering and eventual acquisition.
She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the San Jose office serving primarily life science and venture capital clients.
Ms. Momsen graduated with highest honors in the major while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
In addition, she earned a Masters of Science in Accountancy degree from San Jose State University and has returned to both universities to teach undergraduate courses in managerial and financial accounting.
She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California with an active license.
