Mr. Simmons has been employed in the field of portfolio management since 1968.
He joined Sceptre as Vice-President in 1987 from Toronto Dominion Bank, where he had progressed from a position of Securities Analyst to General Manager within the Treasury and Investment Banking Division.
In this position, he managed a staff whose responsibilities encompassed the management of the bank's pension fund portfolio, as well as a significant corporate equity portfolio.
At Sceptre he is a member of the marketing/service team, and has responsibilities in portfolio management and client services primarily for institutional clients.
He is the editor of the Company's quarterly reports to institutional clients.
