Netsafe International was acquired by Conscia A/S on January 19, 2015. Netsafe International provides lifecycle management support and instant access to conscia expert's help for cybersecurity or performance incidents. Netsafe International recently won an agreement to modernize the entire IT networks in the largest public health region in Sweden with 3 million people and 11 hospitals and health clinics. The Swedish company empowers sustainable IT infrastructure, reducing environmental footprint through innovative solutions. The company also has the opportunity to supply the Swedish public sector under a new framework agreement. Both agreements run for the next four to six years with a total value of up to several billion kroner. The company was founded by Emanuel Lipschütz and the CEO is Bengt Erik Lundgren.
