KBL Richelieu Gestion SA (KBLR) is the France-based fund management subsidiary of KBL Richelieu Banque Privée SA, ultimately owned by Precision Capital SA in Luxembourg. The firm was established in 2008 by the merger of KBL France Gestion SA, established in 1997, and Richelieu Finance Gestion Privée, founded in 1985. KBLR is headquartered in Paris with several offices throughout France. The firm manages the Æden and Richelieu families of mutual funds, as well as discretionary accounts for private individuals and institutional clients.

ABN AMRO Investment Solutions SA (AAIS) is the wholly-owned French investment management subsidiary of Banque Neuflize OBC SA, ultimately held by state-owned ABN AMRO Group NV (GDR: ABN) in The Netherlands. Formerly known as Neuflize OBC Investissements SA, the firm was founded in 1998 when Asset Allocation Advisors, Neuflize OBC Asset Management and the financial management pole of Bank Neuflize OBC merged. In 2016, they changed their name to ABN AMRO Investment Solutions. Headquartered in Paris, AAIS provides multi-management, active equity management and asset allocation advisory services for private and institutional investors, third party distributors, private banks, financial advisors and family offices. They manage the NOBC flagship fund range and have access to ABN AMRO information and experts.

Neuflize Private Assets SA (NPA) is the French subsidiary of Banque Neuflize OBC SA, itself a subsidiary of the Government od The Netherlands' ABN AMRO Group NV. Created in 2000 by François Mouté, the firm is ABN AMRO's U.S. equities and absolute return expertise center. Based in Paris, NPA manages Absolute Performance Funds, U.S. equity funds and also offers management through customized private mandates to high net-worth clients in France and abroad.
