Keskinäinen Työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma (Varma) is an independent pension fund management firm headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. The firm was founded in 1998 when Pension Sampo and parts of Pension Varma merged. Formerly known as Varma-Sampo, they changed their name to Varma in 2003 to emphasize their role as an earnings-related pension insurer and acknowledge their Finnish roots. Varma is responsible for the occupational pension security of various employees in the private sector. The firm is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).

OP Asset Management Ltd. (OPAM) is the majority-owned asset management subsidiary of OP Cooperative, itself a subsidiary of OP Financial Group in Finland. Formerly known as Pohjola Asset Management Ltd., the firm was established as OKO Asset Management when when OKO Bank's and Pohjola's asset management operations merged. Headquartered in Helsinki, OPAM provides institutional investors with a full range of asset management services, depending on client needs: discretionary investment management, advisory investment management or opportunities to invest in individual mutual funds available from OP Mutual Funds and a wide range of international partners’ funds.
