Fabrizio Ravicino

Mr. Fabrizio Ravicino is a Real Estate Fund Manager at Real Estate Asset Management SGR SpA.
He is on the Board of Directors at Associzione Nazionale tra Società Promozione Sviluppo Immob.
Since September 2010 he has been working at REAM SGR as Real Estate Fund Manager.
He he gained his first professional experience at AEW Italia and Gallo & C (Meliorbanca Group) carrying out in particular consultancy activities for the acquisition, disposal, leasing and transformation of the properties of the Bank's customers.
In the period 1999/2000 he attended the Master "Real Estate: Territorial Planning and Real Estate Market" at the COREP (Consortium for Research and Permanent Education) of the Polytechnic of Turin.
In October 1999 he joined IPI SpA, where he remained for four years, holding increasing positions until he became Head of Property Management , also dealing with the supply of global real estate service services for "Large Clients" (real estate funds, banks, insurance ).
From June 2005 to June 2007 he worked in Aedes BPM RE SGR SpA as Fund Manager .
From July 2007 to August 2010, he was first foreign advisory and then Asset Manager at UniCredit Real Estate.
He graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Turin.
