Francesca Lanza Tans

Francesca is a Senior Advisor and is based in the United Kingdom.
She currently serves as CEO and Partner of the Alexander Partnership, a leading Executive Coaching practice.
Prior to the Alexander Partnership, Francesca held senior management positions in investment banking at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs across Europe, Asia, the US, the Middle East, and Africa.
During this time she advised clients on a full range of financial opportunities and lead some of the firms’ key strategic initiatives.
Francesca is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme, an accredited business coach (Worldwide Associate of Business Coaches), and a fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School.
In addition to her Senior Advisor role with Atlas Merchant Capital, Francesca is a non-executive director of illimity Bank, a high-tech digital banking group serving the Eurozone.
