Dr. Francesco Berlingieri is an Researcher at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH.

He has studied Economics at Bocconi University in Milan and has spent semesters abroad at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and at the University of Mannheim.
In December 2017, he received his PhD in Economics from Heidelberg University with a thesis on “Individual and Regional Returns to Higher Education: Empirical Evidence for Germany”.
