François Painchaud

Mr. François Painchaud, 41, of St-Lambert, Quebec, Canada, has served on the board of directors of Axcan Pharma Inc. as secretary since 1995.
He is a partner in Léger Robic Richard, lawyers, patent, and trademark agents, which specializes in business law and intellectual property, including patent law.
