Frank Vihant

Mr. Frank Vihant is Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President at CFI Capital, Inc. Prior to joining CFI in the fall of 2006, Mr. Vihant spent 12 years with Maritime Life and Manulife Financial, in both Halifax and Toronto as a Senior Investment Officer responsible for sourcing and approving Canadian private placement debt investments.
Prior to joining Maritime Life, Mr. Vihant worked in Corporate Banking at the Bank of Nova Scotia, in Toronto where he was involved in numerous leveraged buyout transactions in addition to traditional bank lending activities.
Mr. Vihant's experience in private debt financing encompasses not only traditional fixed rate term lending, but also exposure to numerous structured finance products, including asset backed securitizations ABS, credit linked notes CLNs and collateralized debt obligations CDOs.
This knowledge and experience will be utilized to expand CFI's existing suite of structured finance products.
Mr. Vihant obtained his BComm from Queens University and his CA designation while with Price Waterhouse in Toronto.
