Frederick G.
Beisser has been a Director of Environmental Energy Services, Inc. since March 25, 1999 and Senior Vice President-Finance, Secretary and Treasurer of PlanGraphics, Inc. since April 2002.
Previously, he was Vice President-Finance and Administration, Secretary and Treasurer of Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. from 1997 through March 2002 and Chief Financial Officer of DCX, Inc. from 1990 to December 1996.
Dr. Beisser received a PhD from American International University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Colorado and a Diploma from the U.
