Dr. Giorgio Radaelli is Chief Investment Officer & Chief Strategist at Heron Asset Management SA.
Prior to Heron he worked as Director and Chief Global Strategist at BSI, Lugano, between September 2001 and November 2014.
In this capacity, he was responsible for steering the asset allocation decisions, as well as carrying out economic research and disseminating it internally and externally.
He started his career as market economist in the City of London, with Chase Manhattan Bank, in October 1985.
After that, he worked for companies such as Drexel Burnham Lambert, Lombard Street Research, Lehman Brothers and, between 1998 and 2001, Bank One (later acquired by JP Morgan Chase) where he was Managing Director and Chief European Economist.
Dr. Radaelli received his laurea in Economic and Social Disciplines from the Bocconi University, Milan.
He also holds a M.A.
(Economics) from the University of Manchester, and a Ph.D.
(International Monetary Economics) from the University of London.
