Haley Citrome Grant

Haley Citrome-Grant joined OEP in 2022 and is a Vice President based in Chicago.
Prior to joining OEP, Ms. Citrome-Grant worked at Grain Management, a digital infrastructure private equity firm, where she was involved in numerous transactions in the telecommunications sector.
Previously, she also worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup in the Consumer Group.
Prior to Citigroup, Ms. Citrome-Grant worked at Sentinel Capital Partners, a generalist private equity firm, where she focused on transaction sourcing across the industrials, business services, healthcare services and consumer sectors.
Ms. Citrome-Grant received a B.A.
with Honors in French Commercial Studies from the University of Illinois, an M.A.
in European Studies from New York University and her M.B.A from Columbia University.
