Ingo Dietrich

Mr. Dietrich studied business management (Diplom-Kaufmann) at the University of Hamburg with focus on banking management.
Prior to his studies he successfully finished an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Dietrich gained first practical experiences within corporate finance, investment management and management consultancy at HBB Capital Advisors, Granville Baird Capital Partners and Accenture in Hamburg during his studies.
He started his professional career in 2004 as associate at the German investment bank in Frankfurt am Main, where he was responsible for the preparation and execution of capital market transactions, especially IPOs.
Subsequently, Mr. Dietrich changed to the US investment bank Robert W.
Baird, where he accompanied national and international M&A transactions.
