Ion Bogdaneris

Mr. Bogdaneris joined AIG Investments in 2006 as the Head of the European Alternative Investments business.
Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Bogdaneris was a Senior Advisor with The Blackstone Group based in London.
Prior to Blackstone, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Kistefos, a privately controlled Scandinavian private equity group.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bogdaneris established GE Capital in Europe and played a key role in the successful strategy development and acquisitions of the business across Europe.
His GE career also included two significant CEO operating roles in Europe.
He has also worked at McKinsey & Company and Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Bogdaneris received a BA in Political Science and an MBA from McGill University.
