J.M.
Haggar, III has served as Chairman of the Board since 1994 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1990.
He has been a director of the Company since 1983.
He also served as President of the Company from 1990 to 1994 and as President of the Menswear Division from 1985 to 1990.
Mr. Haggar joined the Company on a part-time basis in 1969 and on a full-time basis in 1973.
During the course of his career with the Company, Mr. Haggar has participated in virtually every aspect of the business, including three years in the Manufacturing Division, two years as the Dallas Service Center Manager, one year in the Sales Division and six years in the Marketing and Merchandising Division.
Mr. Haggar is also a director of Ace Cash Express, Inc., a publicly held provider and franchiser of retail financial services.
