James P. Gainey

Mr. James P.
Gainey is Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at INTL Consilium LLC.
He is responsible for and oversees all day to day operations of the firm including legal, compliance, fund operations, sales and marketing of fund products and office administration.
He also oversees and enforces the firm's compliance responsibilities.
Before joining Consilium Investment Management, Mr. Gainey served as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for a national healthcare technology business, and as General Counsel and for a national advertising publication.
For both corporations, he provided daily management, marketing, operational and corporate legal advice for corporate strategy and decision making.
Prior to his in-house corporate experience, he was the founding partner of a Fort Lauderdale litigation law firm, where he was a lead trial attorney representing clients in all forms of commercial, corporate and tort litigation.
He later founded and managed the Law Offices of James P.
Gainey, where he served as primary Florida counsel for several national insurance companies.
Since 1988, he has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, is a certified Florida Bar Mediator and a former chairman of a Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
He is admitted to all state courts and the United States District Courts of the Southern, Middle and Northern districts of Florida.
Mr. Gainey holds a B.A.
in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University.
