Jan Bots is Head of Research and Development for INEOS NOVA International.
He joined NOVA Chemicals as Technology Director in September 2003.
Previously, Dr. Bots held various technology or business development jobs at Oerlemans Bosley (food packaging), Johnson Matthey Plc (Ceramics and inks) and DSM Research BV (Engineering plastics).
He received a PhD in Chemical technology from Twente University and a degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Utrecht and holds an MBA.
