Jason Goldblatt

In addition to Sachs Capital LLC, Mr. Goldblatt, Esq., serves as President of Willco Companies, a development, construction and property management/leasing firm with a portfolio of approximately 5,000,000 square feet of developed commercial property in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Previously, Mr. he was an attorney with Venable, LLP advising clients on a wide variety of business and transactional matters.
Prior to his tenure at Venable, he was Executive Vice President at Real Estate Resource Group, LLC, a full-service real estate consulting firm located in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Goldblatt sits on the board of Most Valuable Kids, Inc., a national charity that collects unused tickets and redistributes to under served children that show exemplary behavior, spirit, and community service.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds brokerage licenses in Washington, DC and Maryland.
Mr. Goldblatt holds a BA from Duke University in 1992, a J.D.
from The George Washington University in 1996 and is currently completing a Masters in Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University.
