Jeff Summers

Mr. Summers, joined Klesch & Company in 1993 as its Head of Research.
He specialises in the identification, analysis and valuation of U.K.
and Continental European investments.
Mr. Summers has overseen the publication of a long series of market-leading investment research reports on distressed companies across Europe.
He leads Klesch & Company's pre-investment due diligence process and he assists portfolio companies in strategic matters post-investment.
Mr. Summers was appointed a director of Klesch & Company in January 1997.
Mr. Summers has over 25 years experience in international investment appraisal and execution.
Mr. Summers commenced his career in equity research, where he progressed to become both a highly rated investment research analyst and a director of Hoare Govett Investment Research.
As an investment analyst, Mr. Summers specialised in the U.K.
and European Capital Goods Sector, Heavy Industrial, Extractive Industries and Mining Finance Sectors.
In the late 1980s, Mr. Summers became a director in the Corporate Finance Department of Security Pacific Hoare Govett and later head of that company's Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
Mr. Summers holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Economics and Economic History, from the University of Leicester.
