Jeremey Donovan

Mr. Donovan is a vice president and chief analyst in Gartner Dataquest.
His expertise is concentrated in three areas: semiconductor inventory in the supply chain, semiconductors used in storage applications, and overall semiconductor market share.
Also a monthly columnist for EE Times magazine, Mr. Donovan is a recognized expert in market strategy and modeling for the semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Donovan founded the market strategy consulting firm InfoUnity.
At InfoUnity, he served on technical advisory boards for a number of venture-based firms that were subsequently acquired by public semiconductor companies.
Previous to that, he was a device engineer at Xilinx, where he was responsible for deep-submicron process integration and foundry interface in the programmable logic company.
Mr. Donovan earned an M.B.A.
in econometrics and statistics with highest honors from the University of Chicago.
He also holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
