Jeroen Pit

Jeroen joined NeSBIC in 1999 to found NeSBIC Buy Out Fund in 2000.
He has 12 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance and equity capital markets.
Prior to joining NeSBIC, Jeroen was the co-owner, through a management buy-in, of Perfecta Kamerik BV, a company manufacturing kitchen equipment.
Together with a partner, he successfully bought and managed the company, realizing substantial improvements in sales and marketing, production and the level of service.
Jeroen sold his shares in Perfecta in 1999 after a successful turnaround.
Before the management buy-in of Perfecta, he worked as a Vice President in ABN AMRO Rothschild.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO Rothschild, Jeroen was an Associate at MeesPierson Corporate Finance.
He holds a MSc degree in Business Economics from University Amsterdam and has attended several financial and management courses at Insead and Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
Jeroen is a board member of Carrières du Hainaut and Roma Porta.
