Jim Connors is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Emera, Inc. Previously, he was a Lawyer and Managing Partner with Boyne Clarke and Vice President of Legal and External Affairs for Sempra Atlantic Gas.
He is a past Member of the Dartmouth City Council and the Dartmouth District School Board and a Member of the Legal Education Society.
Currently, he is Board Chair of Wee Care Centre and Habitat for Humanity Halifax/Dartmouth.
Mr. Connors received a BA from Memorial University in Newfoundland and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia.
He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1997.
