JJ Houldin

JJ is a Director of Talent at Juxtapose, where he focuses on recruiting, and providing talent counsel and support to CEOs and senior executive teams across our ventures.
JJ works closely with the concept development and user research & design teams to enable our company-creation efforts to succeed.
Prior to Juxtapose, JJ worked at Spencer Stuart, where he was a leadership consultant focused on executive assessment and development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture, and an executive recruiter in the TMT and CEO practices.
Prior to moving into human capital, he worked in equity research and software sales at Bloomberg LP.
JJ has a BA from Lafayette College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and an MBA from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
