Jóhannes Sigurðsson is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Milestone ehf.
Prior to joining Milestone, he was a Partner at LOGOS from 1991 to 2001 and Senior Officer at the Electronic Funds Transfer Association Surveillance Authority from 2001 to 2003, and General Counsel of the Actavis Group hf from 2004 to 2005.
Previously, Mr. Sigurdsson was Director of the Institute on Financial Services Law.
He was appointed Professor of Law at Reykjavik University in 2004.
Mr. Sigurdsson received a Master's degree in Law from the University of Iceland and an LLM degree from University of Virginia.
