John Clement

Mr. John Clement is Executive Vice President at Heitman Real Estate Securities LLC.
Mr. Clement began his career in marketing with International Business Machines.
He joined the acquisitions group of JMB Realty in 1985.
After the 1994 merger of JMB and Heitman, he became a member of the new firm's investment group.
During his career, he has invested across all property types including office, retail, residential, industrial, hotel, medical office, senior living and self-storage.
His direct investment experience includes various forms of debt and equity, as well as development and acquisition partnerships with public and private real estate operating companies.
Mr. Clement received a BS in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from Northwestern University and a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law.
He is a member of the Illinois Bar.
