Founded in 1985, Munder Capital Management is a registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan. The firm is a subsidiary of Victory Capital Management, Inc. and their ultimate parent is Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. Munder provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis, although they may manage assets on a nondiscretionary basis in certain circumstances.
