Mr. Burns was previously employed as a Co-Chief Executive Officer by Burns Wealth Management, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1986.
He attained the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1992 and serves as a member of the Financial Planning Association on a local and national level.
