John J.
Marshall is a Partner of Macleod Dixon LLP and a Member of the Calgary Founding as well as the Canadian Foundation for Dispute Resolution (CFDR).
He is Community Involvement Director of the ADR Institute of Canada, a Director of the Fort Calgary Preservation Society, and Member of the Board of Governors for St. Mary's College.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Marshall was Chairman of Macleod Dixon from 2000 to 2007.
Mr. Marshall was Professor and a Faculty Member of Law at the University of Calgary from 1998 to 1999.
He worked in the CPR Institute of Dispute Resolution's International Panel of Neutrals.
Mr. Marshall received a BA degree from the University of Alberta in 1963 and an LLB from the University of Toronto in 1966.
