Vorbeck Materials Corp. manufactures and develops industrial Vor-x products with graphene material. Its products include antennas, RFID's wearables, composites, conductive inks, and next generation battery development. The firm's products at Vorbeck are based on two core technologies Vor-x as a multi-functional additive and Vor-ink as a preferred solution for new and existing applications in the printed electronics industry through ease of processing, durability, and exceptional conductivity. The company was founded by Robert Prud’homme, John S. Lettow, Ilhan A. Aksay and Ira F. Kuhn, Jr. in 2006 and is headquartered in Jessup, MD.

H2Gen Innovations, Inc. of Alexandria, Virginia designs, manufactures and markets cost efficient on-site hydrogen generators and gas purification plants. Its products competitively serve the existing industrial gases and chemical markets and are a key enabling technology for the emerging needs of hydrogen transportation. The technology was initially developed at an Arlington, Va., consulting firm, Directed Technologies, Inc. (DTI) by H2Gen's founders, Dr. Lomax and Dr. Thomas, beginning in 1996. Their efforts led to the spin-out and creation of the Company in February of 2001.
