Mr. Jonathan Scheinberg is Vice President & General Counsel at Capstone Equities LLC.
Prior to Capstone Equities, Mr. Scheinberg worked as an Associate at Schulte, Roth and Zabel, LLP and later at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP where he represented private equity and hedge funds, owners and developers of investment properties in the acquisition/disposition, development, complex joint venture structuring and financing as well as advising investment managers with respect to the formation of real estate, private equity, hedge and funds-of-funds.
Prior to law school, Mr. Scheinberg started his career as an investment banking analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and went on to graduate from Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law with concentrations in both Real Estate and Taxation.
