Zürcher Kantonalbank (Broker) (ZKB-Broker) is the brokerage business unit of Zürcher Kantonalbank, a state-owned full-service bank founded in 1870, which is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. They conduct all investment activities in-house including financial advisory services, research, trading, and asset management. ZKB-Broker is an active trader in securities, foreign currencies, banknotes, precious metals, commodity contracts and financial derivatives on their own account and on behalf of third-party customers. The bank provides underwriting services in domestic debt and equity markets, sales and trading of listed domestic warrants and structured derivatives, and Swiss Franc foreign exchange trading. Zürcher Kantonalbank (Investment Management) (ZKB-IM) is the investment management division of Zürcher Kantonalbank, a Swiss full-service bank headquartered in Zurich. Founded in 1870, ZKB-IM performs the bank's investment activities, including financial advisory services, research, trading, and asset management. The asset management division provides investment solutions for institutional, corporate and private clients, managing discretionary mandates and the ZKB range of mutual funds. Their mission includes fostering economic growth in the Canton of Zurich.

Cominvest Asset Management GmbH (CAM) was an asset management subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, ultimately owned by Allianz SE (FR: ALV). Originally established in 2002 as the asset management subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, the firm was acquired by Allianz in 2008 and integrated into Allianz Global Investors Deutschland GmbH in 2009. Based in Frankfurt, CAM managed institutional funds, mutual funds, pension funds, discretionary portfolios and funds of funds for private individuals and institutional clients.
