Joseph Rosenbaum

Joseph Rosenbaum has been a Director of Interactive Advertising Bureau since June 18, 2008.
He is a Partner in the Business & Finance Group and Head of the New York based E-Commerce practice at the global law firm of Reed Smith LLP.
Mr. Rosenbaum is a corporate commercial lawyer with domestic and international experience over a wide range of sophisticated and complex transactions and specializes in the law and policy relating to electronic commerce, information and information technology, security, compliance, and risk management and their implications to business activities and operations.
