Julius Gottlieb

Mr. Julius Gottlieb was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Lend Lease's UK business as Director of Project Finance with responsibility for raising finance for all its UK schemes.
Prior to Lend Lease, he was Finance Director at Morley Fund Management which had £32bn of real estate funds under management across the UK, Europe and Asia.
At Morley, Julius was responsible for developing and implementing the strategic business plans for the property business and maintaining high levels of financial control.
Julius led the banking relationships on all of Morley's geared vehicles.
Prior to Morley, he held a number of senior finance positions in the property industry, for example Finance Director at Berkeley Homes and Group Financial Controller at LET Plc, Annington Homes and Regalian Properties Plc.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is also a member of the Faculty of Finance & Management.
He sits as a member of the Bank of England Property Forum and on the British Property Federation Finance Committee and is Chairman of The Property Finance Forum.
He trained and qualified with KPMG, having graduated at The London School of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
