Kash Tandon

Mr. Tandon has extensive experience in areas of financial and SEC reporting, audit, accounting processes and controls (Sarbanes-Oxley), enhancements to corporate systems and management reporting, corporate taxes, legal reviews and other corporate development transactions, such as acquisitions and IPOs.
Prior to joining Simran Capital, Mr. Tandon was Vice President of Investment accounting of a Dallas-based international private equity firm with over $25 billion of assets under management.
Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Finance at a Chicago-based publicly-traded international real estate and money management company.
He began his career in public accounting and was an engagement manager with a big 4 accounting firm.
Mr. Tandon obtained his Graduate Diploma in Accounting from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
