Keith A. Morgan

Mr. Morgan has extensive years of leadership experience covering many aspects of management, business development, brand awareness and sales and marketing.
He has extensive experience in franchise management and ownership, along with first-hand knowledge of family-owned businesses.
Mr. Morgan spent most of his career with AAMCO Transmissions, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer from 1992 to 2006.
He oversaw AAMCO's growth into a $450 million in annual sales company with over 730 franchised locations across 47 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, serving over 25 million customers.
In 2005-2006, he ran a private auction and oversaw AAMCO's sale to American Capital Strategies.
Prior to joining AAMCO,he worked at Master Lease Corporation from 1983 to 1991 where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MasterLease/Tokai Financial Services, a national equipment leasing company from 1987 to 1991.
Mr. Morgan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Cum Laude with a B.S.
in Psychology.
