Prior to joining RLG International in 1985, Ken Fawcett acquired an extensive and varied background in the development and implementation of programs designed to enhance management skills.
He moved from teaching high school to working with the Saskatchewan government where he implemented an integrated environmental education program that became recognized as one of the most outstanding in Canada.
Representing the Saskatchewan government’s Finance Department, Ken also conducted performance reviews of selected government programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency of existing programs and to identify opportunities for innovation.
Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Regina.
Ken also holds an M.B.A.
from the University of Western Ontario
