Mr. Roberts started his career in the brokerage industry in 1966.
In 1981, he started the Shearson Fundamental Value Fund, a mutual fund, and ran it until 1990.
He also formed and managed his own investment advisory group with Smith Barney Shearson immediately prior to founding Palouse Capital.
He earned his B.A.
degree in Economics from Whitworth University and an M.B.A.
degree in Finance from Harvard University.
He is also a member of the CFA Institute and was past President of the CFA Society of Spokane.
He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Whitworth University and is a member of the National Board of Advisors for the Washington State University College of Business.
