Kenneth R.
Roberts is Senior Vice President of Planning and Strategic Ventures.
He joined Syntroleum in July 1997 as Business Development Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Finance, Planning and Administration and Chief Financial Officer in September 2002.
He served as Senior Vice President of Licensing and Business Development from April 2003 until January 2005, when he assumed his current position.
He has 25 years of petroleum industry experience.
Prior to joining Syntroleum, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in Moscow and Senior Project Finance Consultant for Oman Oil Company's India refinery project development team in Houston.
Earlier he served 12 years with ARCO Oil and Gas Company, where he held various management positions in financial/strategic planning and investment analysis activities.
He holds B.S.
and M.B.A.
degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
