Mr. Kieran D.
Osborne, CFA, is a Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Mission Wealth Management LP.
He is responsible for portfolio management, trading, analysis, and research functions.
Among others, he helps manage optimal portfolio construction and implementation, conducts in-depth manager research and due diligence, and monitors fund performance on an ongoing basis.
Before joining Mission Wealth, Mr. Osborne was the Director of Research and a Co-Portfolio Manager at Merk Investments, a mutual fund management company in Palo Alto, CA, primarily focused on international fixed income and currency investments.
Prior to Merk, he worked as an Equity Analyst for a New Zealand-based asset management firm, where he was responsible for the analysis of Australian and New Zealand companies within the consumer discretionary, consumer staples, property, and retail sectors.
Mr. Osborne also held a trading and analyst position for a New York-based hedge fund, where he was responsible for analyzing and trading small and micro-cap U.S.
stocks.
Mr. Osborne received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Master of Business in Finance from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
A portion of his MBus was completed at the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied as a graduate exchange student.
