Morris co-founded the firm Morris & Berger in 1984.
She plays an active leadership role in the industry, having served on the Board of the California Executive Recruiters Association.
Ms. Morris had a successful career in the nonprofit sector including serving as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Occidental College prior to entering executive search.
Between college years, Ms. Morris owned and successfully operated a 32-foot commercial fishing boat out of San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf.
Ms. Morris graduated from Occidental College summa cum laude and earned Phi Beta Kappa honors.
Raised in southern California, Ms. Morris remains active in volunteer roles including leadership positions in various community and professional organizations.
