Larry L. Chamberlin

Prior to founding CNC in 1996, Mr. Chamberlin was a founding partner of CCM Capital in 1992.
From 1986 through 1991, Mr. Chamberlin was a general partner of the leveraged buyout firm Leach McMicking & Company.
Prior to joining Leach McMicking & Company, Mr. Chamberlin served as head of the Leveraged Buyout Group of J.P.
Morgan & Co. Mr. Chamberlin also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Bank of Canada.
Prior to joining J.P.
Morgan & Co., Mr. Chamberlin, a certified public accountant, was with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.'s mergers and acquisitions department.
Mr. Chamberlin is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, 1964, and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, 1967.
