Laszlo Adam

Mr. Adam is a Director with HealthpointCapital.
He was the Co-Chairman of the Board of Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated from 1997 to 2003.
Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated is a manufacturer and operator of heavy lift helicopters formerly know as the Sikorsky Skycrane.
Prior to founding his own entity in 1994, Adam & Co., Mr. Adam was founder and President of the Investment Banking Group of Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co. Incorporated.
Between 1980 and 1986, Mr. Adam was Vice President at E.F.
Hutton & Company Inc. in the Corporate Finance Department.
He began his career in the International Banking Group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
Mr. Adam received a B.A.
from Princeton and attended the Université Catholique de Louvain.
