Lee Robinson

Mr. Robinson joined American Capital in September 2007.
He has experience in senior financial management and accounting positions with a focus on acquisitions, post-closing integration, turnarounds and financial reporting.
Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Robinson was the Chief Financial Officer of Creative Touch Interiors, a $900+ million subsidiary of The Home Depot, and more recently HD Supply that provided design center and turn-key installation services to homebuilders across the country.
Before this position, Lee served in Chief Financial Officer and consulting roles with several businesses including EquiVision, Critical Care Concepts and Tatum Partners.
Earlier, he was a Senior Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Robinson holds a MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
He is also Certified Public Accountant.
