(DWS HK) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based asset management subsidiary of DWS Group GmbH & Co KGaA, ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB), a multi-national financial services company headquartered in Germany. DWS HK provides advisory services which include research reports and analysis conducted for listed securities in certain APAC locations and may also include recommendations on transacting such securities. This service is provided to DWS HK’s affiliated advisers, which in turn provide advisory services to their US clients and non-US clients. The firm also provides discretionary investment advisory and management services with respect to separately managed accounts, as well as private equity funds focused on sustainable investments strategies.

Polen Capital HK Ltd. (Polen Capital) is an asset management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was founded in 2013 as BMO Global Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. They are a subsidiary of LGM (Bermuda) Ltd., which is owned by Bank of Montreal (TSE: BMO) in Canada. Polen Capital provides discretionary investment advice to (1) government organizations, funds, institutional and intermediary investors through separately managed accounts; and (2) funds sponsored by the firm.
