Liu, who joined New China Capital Management in 2004, is primarily responsible for the implementation of exit strategies and evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.
Ms. Liu is a member of the Investment Committee.
Ms. Liu has extensive experience in capital markets and M&A transactions for Chinese enterprises.
Prior to joining New China, Ms. Liu was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, Hong Kong and New York.
Previously, Ms. Liu was a management consultant at Deloitte & Touche Consulting in Hong Kong and Andersen Consulting
