Lisa Erickson

Ms. Lisa Erickson is a Chief Financial Officer at Medica Insurance Co. She is responsible for stewarding Medica’s assets to ensure that the company is adequately capitalized and that resources are appropriately prioritized and managed while partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to develop business strategy and cultivate growth.
Ms. Erickson leads the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of fiscal functions and performance and serves as a liaison to the financial community and other key stakeholder groups, including provider organizations.
Ms. Erickson came to Medica from Optum, where she served as Senior Vice President, leading pharmacy network contracting and relationships, network operations, client and pharmacy contract management and all pricing and underwriting.
She also served as Chief Financial Officer of OptumInsight and in financial leadership roles in a number of large organizations in other industries including, retail and consumer products.
Ms. Erickson received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Animal Humane Society and the Board of Trustees at the Academy of Holy Angels.
