Luke Rotondella

Luke joined Ancala in 2019 and has over 8 years experience investing in and advising on investments in infrastructure and real assets across both Europe and Australia.
Luke’s key investments at Ancala include the acquisitions of Holmleigh Care, a UK based adult social care operator, and Hector Rail, the largest privately owned rail freight operator in Scandinavia.
He has also supported in the ongoing asset management of the Scottish Area Gas Evacuation (“SAGE”) terminal and pipeline, and fibre to the office network owner and operator Fore Freedom.
Prior to joining Ancala, Luke was an Assistant Director in EY’s Corporate Finance team in London, where he focused on transactions in the energy and infrastructure market.
Luke previously worked as a corporate lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from Murdoch University, Australia.
